Hello Everyone, So I'm having a tough time with my Fresco Logic 1100 chipset 4-port USB 3.0 ExpressCard 34 on my MacBook Pro 17' early-2011. It works great, except for when the computer goes to sleep. So, I decided to search for a firmware or driver update (or some sort of information) from the manufacturer. The device itself is labelled 'AKE EXPRESS' as the manufacturer and then '4PORTS USB3.0 CARD' as the model.

I can add a photo if needed. The card works natively with the board, so it's great if I have to do a Time Machine restoration (which is mainly why I bought it, because the other one sucked with the NEC chipset (incompatible with El Capitan and useless for recovery restoration, as it is not natively supported and thus unusable in recovery mode). Anyway, so I'm wondering if anyone has a solution for my problem or information on where to find the manufacturer website for the card.

The problem I'm having is that whenever my MBP goes to sleep, OSX gives me a device removal error upon wake (stating that I improperly removed my devices). I'm using Jettison as a stop-gap measure, but I'd like to get to the root of the problem. Here's the ExpressCard info from system profiler.

The chipset info just gives me the Fresco Logic information, so it's kind of useless, as they make the chipset, not the actual card.
