Other versions of Windows are not supported. Only pre-installed operating systems are supported; operation is not guaranteed on home-built PCs or PCs that have been upgraded from earlier versions of Windows.Mac OS.Mac OS X (Ver.10.7-10.11 / macOS Sierra). Other versions of Macintosh are not supported. I can not make it run on my X-T2 and Win10. I duly updated the X-T2 body to v FW 1.10, I downloaded and installed SW Please login or register to view links Acquire, I set the camera parameter PC SHOOT MODE to USB AUTO (and later also to USB FIXED), connected the USB cable from PC to camera and - the camera continues storing the images to SD, while Please login or register to view links Acquire does not open at all. Clicking on it does nothing.
Has anybody any clue what could be wrong and how to make it run? I posted this same reply also in another X Acquire thread. In the mean time I found a note on internet saying that only preinstalled (not upgraded) Win10 and no home built PCs are supported. Well, mine is a 9 monts old HP NoteBook, so this should be fine too.

JUNK as far as I'm concerned. Installed on 3 different Windows 10 computers.
Software will not open on any of them! Have tried numerous settings to no avail. I guess this software is running a far second to Nikons SnapBridge. What's with the installation instructions? Upon clicking the.exe file, I get this message 'After clicking the 'OK' button, please wait awhile until starting the installation.' As soon as you click the 'OK' button the installation automatically begins!
Uninstalled from all computers. Additional info: - it works on my Win7 (SP1) too To summarise how to make use: - installation is straightforward, it renders an icon on the Desktop - clicking on the FUJIFILM X Acquire on the Desktop places an icon in the Taskbar - the icon in the Taskbar appears gray. If you hoove over the mouse over it it says: NO CAMERA. You can click on the icon and select the menu items. when you connect a camera with the USB AUTO set to ON, the Taskbar icon gets full colors and the menu is full functioning - selecting the menu command Exit means that the icon disappears from the Taskbar and you have to restart by clicking on the Desktop icon to reactivate camera tethering Going back to the User Guide (now that it has been made accessable) I might find that it is all there. However I am not happy with the thin support information, offering nice illustrations for the obvious things and hiding the crucial ones in a word or two.
